"This was our fourth time staying at a R9 The Yard Hotel. We found them all great. What we liked most about this one was we had 2 beds. The space is a little tight but worth it for us. They offer you a free frozen meal for each person at check in plus they also have free coffee available 24/7 in the office. Each room has a fridge, mircrowave and kettle."

"友達3家族10人で利用しました。お盆期間でしたので、ホテルで宿泊だと値段が高く、こちらではオシャレできれいな一軒家をお手頃価格で泊まれました。 チェックインで必要な登録も事前に連絡をもらえていたので、スムーズにでき ドラム式洗濯機に洗剤も利用できたので、海で遊んだ水着やタオルもすぐに洗うことができました。 冷蔵庫は大きく、BBQコンロも使いやすく最高でした！ ただ、電子レンジのボタンの接触？が悪くて なかなか動かず不便でした。 それ以外は大満足の施設でした。"

"This hotel is of incredible value! We stayed here for a surfing trip at Taito beach and watching the pros at the Olympic beach nearby. The elderly woman at the counter who checked us in, was so cute and kind. I guess this was a converted love hotel (similar to a motel in North America). So the room was insanely huge for Japanese standards, and ridiculously cheap (at the time, we paid about 7000 yen for 1 night). If we go back to Chiba for another surfing trip, we'll definitely stay there again!"
