"It was a great experience the place was breathtaking so peaceful and beautiful. Super easy to get around on foot private car or a taxi. Sergio was very helpful with places to go visit, dinner or just downtown in general he also recommended a taxi guy to move around who was very professional and friendly. Sergio was available for any questions via WhatsApp at all times which was awesome. The hotel also provides a private boat tour to el cañón del sumidero which was amazing since its available...

"Rooms were clean, pool area and pool were clean. Pool area and seating areas were nice. Carmelita at the front desk was amazingly helpful and oh so patient with us non Spanish speaking people. She helped us navigate the public transportation- Didi/ colectivos/ buses and taxis.
The place needs a little love and the restaurant is hit and miss but for the money, it’s clean and the beds are good. "
