Exceptional Tuscan Rental, Highly Recommend!
You get rentals set up to make money & those where the property is a one off that the owner has lived in. This is very much the latter & renovated with beautiful taste.Finding it was easy: The green door, left of “Locanda del Gallo”restaurant.First impression: WOW. The porch has a breathtaking view of the valley. You then go through secure doors which lead to big beautiful authentic renovated rooms. A studio, 2 double beds, a kitchen, dining table & lounge. Views: stunning from all rooms but especially the porch & kitchen.Bedrooms: large, high ceilings, comfortable, tastefully furnished & with a great mattresses. Slept well throughout. Would also say the linens etc are good quality.Kitchen: my favourite room in the house. Double aspect with breathtaking views. An expensive kitchen, Really really well equipped. (There was a normal kettle, loose tea kettle, coffee maker & an induction expresso coffee maker. WOW).Lounge: huge room big tv and very comfortable. Again high standard of tasteful decoration.Bathrooms: 2. Small but well equipped & tastefully set up.Other things: WiFi was good, local restaurants & shops are in walking distance. Parking was a bit tricky but you get used to it.An added bonus was Laura the host. I found her the best ever host I have had on VRBO. She had a suggestion to ever need, including finding a neighbour to take one of our group to Pisa airport. I hope to visit again one day. Many thanks to Laura for making it special
