This is definitely a basic hotel, but it is very clean, the location is amazing, the owner is very friendly, and there is a nice sitting room with free coffee, water, and fruit. The cafe in front is fantastic too!

The owner is very nice and approachable. He was very helpful when I needed to stay another night last minute! The location is great, walking distance to most things and it's very quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay at Sabuy Chiangmai!

I had an excellent stay at Shabuy Chiangmai. Aim made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived and helped me find private transportation to some areas I wanted to visit but couldn’t take the time for a group trip. The hotel itself was lovely and a perfect location. Water was hot enough. Overall, for the price and everything an amazing stay. When in Chiang Mai you don’t want to be in your room anyway! Lots to see.

Fabulous place ! Located in the old city down a side street . My room was on the first floor . Very bright , good sized room. Basic but very clean. Really good feel . Outside areas full of plants . Seating at the front . The “ help yourself “ breakfast room was amazing . Fruit , bread , tea / coffee facilities. The lovely man who owns it was so kind . Gave me a map on the first day and highlighted all the places to go and see . I used it for 2 days while I was there . There is also a separately run cafe next door that does amazing breakfasts and drinks . I would highly recommend this place !!

This is a great location for your first visit to Chiang Mai. This place is close to everything and has a wonderful cafe in front. The staff couldn't be nicer.

Beautiful hotel at excellent location

Fantastic little garden hideaway just off the main strip. Service was excellent, food was lovely, extremely convenient location. Owner was always available and happy to help, with very good English. Would definitely come back.

This is the cutest little guesthouse located in a perfect location in old town. The bed was SO comfy, best sleep I'd had since I got to Thailand. Housekeeping daily, lots of towels and 2 bottles of water each day. The gardens are charming. Check in and out super easy. Had a really great stay I would highly recommend this hotel!
