Clean room, sheets, towels etc spotless, coffee, water, shampoo etc in room. Could do with a bit of updating but beds were very comfortable. Location excellent for walking, lots nearby for eating and drinking.

The staff were wonderful and helped us several times with taxis, slight issues with room (immediate 10 minute repair) and (black and white only) copies. Room was large, clean and comfortable.

Overall, a great place to stay. Room could be cleaner. Dust on mirrors, lamps and cabinets plus mold in the shower. Staff were cordial but not friendly. Great location to many food places and 7 Eleven.

There was one day that I went to the elephant sanctuary and left my entire wallet full of cash in the room. When I came back, not only was it still there intact but my room was clean. I loved how close the hotel was to everything and the room was spacious. I would stay here again

Nice location

Location was great, across from the moat and near the North Gate night food market, restaurants and a gym. They have not reopened their own restaurant following the pandemic. Accommodations were fine, although no way to access the small balcony.

Great hotel, stayed for 4 nights and would stay again. Room was slightly dim - like other reviews have mentioned - but its barely a negative when you consider the size of the room itself. Great little table so hotel eating doesn't have to be on the bed. Clean. Comfy bed, great pillows, awesome shower. Tv was a little static-y, but you're not in Chiang Mai to stay in your room. Fantastic location.

Room had no windows so it was poorly lit. Wifi was poor and had to log in everytime you came back. TV outdated so no youtube etc. Cleaners failed to replenish tea/coffee one day and failed to replenish free water on another. Has free car parking but is not sign posted. The hotel reception is to the right and in a corner as you walk in, so there is no interaction with them unless you go over to the desk. The hotel has seen grander days, in need of an overhaul. I didn’t find the hotel staff particularly friendly. Walls paper thin. I would not recommend

It was acceptable in a quiet area

We booked on hotels.com/expedia, hence we were assigned a ground floor room for 3 nights. On final night, felt smoke from other guests who smoked right next to our room, which is also the side entrance, didn't sleep well due to this. Overall, okay.

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil. La chambres (#225) et la salle de bain dune bonne grandeur. Extrêmement bruyant car la chambre donne rue la rue. Des bouchons sont nécessaires pour réussir à dormir. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Tres bien situé, on marche toute la vieille ville à pied.

Boa opção em Chinag Mai

Ficamos quatro noites nesse hotel e gostamos bastante. O quarto / cama são confortáveis. A localização é ok, mas é longe do night bazaar, prém super colado no Sunday Market. Café da manhã é bem asiático com opções de noodles a panqueca. Utilizamos também os serviços de passeio e laundry, no qual uma moça muito simpática está lá sorrindo e querendo te ajudar todos os dias. Em geral, foi uma boa experiência ficar aqui, mas não espere nenhum luxo.

Clean and good location.

It was a good place to stay solo, it was clean and had a security box in the room. They have tour information and help you. Breakfast wasn’t included but near by you can find plenty of choices. The soap and shampoo dispenser didn’t work but water pressure was good.
