We stayed in the newer section and it was great. The pool isn't new but is in good condition and a treat on not Thai days.

The hotel is reworking the older part of the building. We stayed in the newer and it was nice (family room). Pool is nice on a hot day (everyday in Thailand) and is reasonable sized. We had them tend to the room every third day but they provided water and TP everyday. Heading back in two weeks for a few days before we fly out.

Nous sommes venus 3 fois à Chiang Mai et je n’ai jamais été déçu. L’endroit est propre,tranquille et accueillant. Le personnel est très aidant ainsi que la dame qui vend des excursions. J’y reviendrai.

Small hotel with pool. One old part with spartan bedrooms and a new section with more comfottable rooms. Pool in shade all day, so water is cold although that can be a blessing in very hot weather. Decent breakfast at competitive price.

Super Guesthouse

Après être venu à plusieurs reprises à cette hôtel,l’accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux.Le restaurant offre de très bons déjeuners à un prix raisonnable.Le Guesthouse est situé dans le vieux Chiang Mai ce qui est un plus pour les visites.Je recommande fortement

I very much liked a lot about this hotel. The location, staff was nice, water was hot, and price was right. However... I've slept in quite a few thai hotels over the years and these beds are significantly harder than usual. It really was tough for me to sleep well here. If you sleep on your back, you will be fine. But side sleepers beware... Maybe if I were still in my 20's, I would be OK here but next time I'm in Thailand I will search for a softer bed. Side note - The pool doesn't get much sun so the water is very "refreshing"!
