With a super location to explore Lisbon, the hotel provides luxurious comfort at the end of a day of walking. Our twin room was airy, bright and had everything you needed. Breakfast buffet was great and worth upgrading the stay. All staff we spoke to were very friendly and polite and sincerely wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Book it. You wont be disappointed!

Arrived January 20 for a week. It was conveniently located, making it walkable to all areas. The room was spotless. Check in was fast and staff were very helpful. They always had their famous little tarts in the lobby with fruit water. I would recommend this hotel.

They gave me a room with a broken shower. I asked the person contacted if there was any availability for my room before 2 p.m., and she flatly said no. If I'm not mistaken, her name is Nicole. Then I consulted with another employee, and the other employee was willing to help me and did help me.

Really great location with friendly staff. The spa was a nice added extra. Really appreciated the mini bar and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. Only issue we had was that we had to ask to have our room cleaned every day which was a bit of a nuisance.
