The Tribe Space- Country, but close

This western getaway is away from the hustle and bustle of “city life” with beautiful sunsets and a chance to see the stars in all their glory, but only a few minutes drive from anywhere in Cheyenne. It is a one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit. A swamp cooler is available seasonally (typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day).

This space is designed with absolute comfort and rest in mind. The kitchen is equipped with the things necessary to make your stay nice and homey. You can cook a full dinner and do your laundry without leaving your country getaway.

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Kitchen:
Paper Towels
A few regular and decaf Keurig coffee pods
Powder creamer
Sugar
A few complimentary snacks

Depending on type or presence of kitchen:
Cooking Oil
Salt & Pepper

Bathroom:
2 Extra rolls of Toilet Paper
One body towel and washcloth per maximum occupancy
Shampoo
Conditioner
Body Wash

Bedding:
Sheets and blanket/quilt for each bed
At least one pillow per maximum occupancy

Miscellaneous:
All purpose cleaning spray
Toilet/sink plunger
Toilet Brush
Broom/dust pan

There is a grill and picnic table available in warm weather. When the Wyoming wind isn’t blowing, there is a fire pit to enjoy (must double check with me first). You are welcome to visit the barn, but keep in mind, I spend time cleaning the Air BnB NOT the barn.

We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!

Country living is amazing! You won’t believe how incredible the stars are at night! One of our favorite things to do in the summer is sit out and watch the sunsets. They’re beautiful! I love that we have paved roads all the way up to the door. It’s great to be out in the country, yet so close to town.

There is a driveway right up to the door of the unit.

Pets are welcome! I charge $15/night extra, per pet for a maximum of $150 per stay. This will be charged the day before your arrival.
Please, no smoking or vaping.

A 6% fee will be charged upon cancellation.
The swamp cooler works very well, when it is used correctly. A window (any window or the screen doors) needs to be open in order for the unit to cool properly. If windows aren't open, it will just become muggy in the apartment.
