  • Nestled in the heart of a peaceful village in the Nièvre, our house is the ideal refuge for families or friends in search of authenticity and nature. Facing north-east/south-west, this bright and welcoming residence promises you an unforgettable stay. The house was completely renovated in 2024 in order to benefit from good facilities while keeping its authentic charm.
    Highlights of the house:Garden, bathed in the evening sun, perfect for aperitifs and outdoor dinners, with views of the village bell tower and the surrounding countryside.
    Small garden at the entrance: perfect for parking your car and enjoying a corner of greenery.
    Large dining kitchen: friendly and well equipped, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends.

    Spacious living room: charm of exposed beams, exceptional brightness, and breathtaking views of the village bell tower; it is a cosy living room in summer, thanks to its large French windows overlooking the garden, as well as in winter with its traditional wood stove that warms up the atmosphere in a few minutes (wood available)
    Upstairs: Large landing (with office), separate toilet, Modern bathroom with shower and washing machine .
    Three comfortable and quiet bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds, each with views of the countryside.
