For the price a comfortable yet basic stay. The hotel is in the process of being sold so facilities and amenities were limited and the facade was quite sparse. But otherwise our room was clean and functional and the staff were very friendly. Location is on a major road but was fine for our purposes.

I would say this is a convenient hotel for one night stay, rooms on front noisy even with triple glazing,. Staff pleasant, but breakfast poor quality food had been sitting around and wasn't very appertaining.

Good location for walking to pubs, restaurants and open air market. Busy road in front so a bit noisy on front side. Hairdryer needs replacing. Nice simple restaurant for eating in.

Family trip

Service was fine. However room was too hot with only a very small desk fan. If you open the window to cool down the traffic noise was terrible. Chairs in bar were all threadbare and lift should have been condemned!
