"This was our second stay at Anchors Away. The house is lovely and so thoughtfully set up. We love the welcome basket that Brea provides. We love having our morning coffee on the dock. Two bedrooms upstairs give us plenty of room for college boys and we have a separate, large primary bedroom and bath downstairs. It really is 30 minutes from Auburn. It’s been perfect for us and we can’t wait for our next stay! Thanks Brea!!!"

"The cabin was clean and we got to meet Bill on our first day there, he was very nice.We had an encounter with a couple of scorpions and a large spider (in the shower), but, no other problems.We would stay there again.Thank you Bill!"

"We had wonderful stay at this country home! The home was clean, we enjoyed the beautifully scenery, and exactly as described. The rooms were comfortable, and we had plenty of space for the family. Enjoyed the coffee bar and felt right at home. We survived a wedding and hurricane this weekend, only lost power of part of the night and early morning. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and close to the local wedding event we attended.The host was really nice, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. I appreciated the good communication and thoughtful hospitality.I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice county home to stay."
