市内からは度合いが空港に近いので、朝早い飛行機で移動する場合は非常に便利。ホテルは清潔で従業員の対応も親切。

空港近くのお勧めホテル

ビジネスとして利用でしたが、空港迄10分のロケーションで非常に便利でした。また、防音対策も良く、飛行機の騒音も気になりませんでした。

チェンナイ空港の送迎付き。サービスは的確で安心できる

チェンナイ空港に深夜到着のため、無料送迎付きの部屋を予約。ホテルのWebからEコンシェルジュサービスを経由して送迎を依頼したところ、すぐにメールで返事が来た。当日は、飛行機が少し遅れたが、名前の札を持った運転手が待っていた。また、翌日早朝に今度は空港に向かう際も、ホテルの送迎サービスを利用。運転手は大変丁寧だった。安心できるし、この間のオペレーションは大変スムースだった。部屋・サービスともに問題なし。チェンナイ空港そばで、チェンナイの観光地とは少し離れているが、チェンナイ空港トランジットの場合などには便利だと思う。

Nice hospitality

Hospitality is excellent. Unfortunately swimming pool is not available by June because of under construction. That is only regret points.

10時過ぎのチェックインでした。お部屋は清潔でバスルームも広く快適に過ごせました。ただ、一点、残念だったことがあります。ウェルカムフルーツのオレンジがカビてました………。

良いホテルです。

良いホテルです。スタッフの笑顔で良い気分になれます。ジムやプールサイドも行きましたが、インドの汚いイメージ（すみません）が無く、リゾートにいる気になってきます。食事も美味しいく、無理な注文も嫌な顔をせずに対応してくれました。私のお勧めメニューはSeafood Lemon Risotto。美味しいです。空港に近いので出張者にはお勧めですが、周りには何も無い為、買い物には少し向きませんが・・・。

空港から好立地

チェンナイ空港にピックアップを電話で依頼しましたが、きちんと車が待っていました。空港から近く、国内線への乗り継ぎでチェンナイ空港を利用する方は非常に便利と思います。値段も手頃できれいなホテルでした。

空港に近く深夜到着の場合は便利。

稀に経験あるが予約した部屋よりも低いグレードの部屋へ案内された。朝食、空港への送迎つきのプランでの予約をしていたがインクルードされていないと少々フロントともめた。きちんと主張すれば納得してくれるので良いが少々残念な滞在となりました。

This hotel is close to MAA airport, for the same price in USA I get awe full service and hotel amenities. I will stay again in this hotel

The Staff at Trident hotel Chennai love their job. I found them all courteous, helpful and very willing to answer all my questions. This was my first visit to Chennai this April 2024. I stayed between 04/24 -04/28. During this time the hotel Concierge recommended me to the best tourist sights including shopping areas. This is an establishment where the employees love their job and give their very best to their guests. Thank you to everybody at Trident who made my first visit to Chennai a beautiful experience !!

Easy airport access. Restaurant staff a bit lacking on experience / training. After waiting40 min for eggs Benedict found that order not placed. Ran out of time after another 15 minutes and left hungry.

Nice enough hotel

Nice enough hotel and very convenient for the airport. Service was good. The buffet prices are notably higher than any other hotel we stayed at in Chennai or elsewhere in India.

The facilities are of course premium but the staff at Trident Chennai always elevate your stay experience further. This recent stay was by my parents and they have nothing but superlatives to describe the experience. Keep it up, Trident Chennai.

The staff and the service received were excellent, the food in the cinnamon restaurant was exceptional. The room was clean but dated. The pool was ok with good service. The area surrounding was close to the airport. I didn’t go out but there was a lot of noise from the planes, although the room I had was quiet. I would recommend this hotel, for me it was a stop off for a flight home.
