My review is going to be based on my experience; the pictures are pretty close to the real place but I’ll have to say the experience of wanting to stay there as a private villa is the worst idea. Firstly, the location on the Expedia/Vrbo and the real location are about 5KM apart and it’s no where close to any main road and that causes issues with having no delivery service available. The roads to get here are pretty much single lane and don’t have any street lights and wouldn’t recommend driving at night.
Secondly they claim you get the fully villa but you only get the 1st floor rooms; which means no kitchen or any utensils others than really dirty plates. Which also means you cannot cook your own food even if you wanted.
Thirdly they have some sort of deal with one restaurant; the people at that restaurant will claim 30 mins but it always ended up an hour and half from the time you order. The food is good just the wait time and customer service is poor.
Finally if the power goes out good luck!!! Our power went out at 10pm; the groundskeeper was trying to run the generator and he couldn’t get it to work so we were stuck in hot humid weather to the point it felt like we were in a sauna all night. It got soo bad that a few in our group ended up slapping in the cars with the AC on.
What is disappointing the most is both Vrbo nor the Property manager/owner cared to solve our issues when it came to the manner. The groundskeeper lied to the owner about the generator.
