"Everything was wonderful except that only instant coffee was available in the room. That’s not good enough. That said we are now at the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile and it’s just instant coffee in the room. Is this where France is headed?"

"Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in November so it was low season and there was nobody else around to be seen. Bedspread had a large rip. Bed was, however, comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. "

"The staff is always wonderful. The pool and sauna area are fabulous. I haven’t done breakfast yet. I always enjoy sitting at the bar. The kids loved the game room. It’s so central and very comfortable and the beds are fantastic. The only thing that could be a little better is having the TV switch Abel into English language When there are programs on TF one in English. Fantastic hotel, and really pretty."

"The cave room at the chateau is fantastic. Besides a couple of spiderwebs and some steep steps, it is truly a find in the Loire valley. Excellent space, oasis of rest, great sauna, even better hot tub!"
