Great location and quiet for this town. Easy parking and comfortable rooms. There needs a bit of work to clean up patio area, shabby furniture left randomly, unused unkempt barbecue, dog mess from hotel dog on lawn…but all could be easily addressed. Pool area open to children until 10pm so can be noisy until then and seems unnecessarily late! gym equipment limited and cramped. Overall would recommend though.

Bien situé dans cette ville sans charme particulier cet hôtel comme beaucoup d'autres de cette gamme souffre d'un manque de moyens Quelques infiltrations d'eau dans les douches, peu de chambres climatisées (pénible en été) et petit dejeuner basique La gentille du staff le confort des chambres hors été et infiltration d'eau dans certaines est néanmoins correct Rapport qualité prix satisfaisant néanmoins

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Le repas est de qualite moyenne ( on sent que ce n est pas cuisiné maison ) dommage pour le petit déjeuner avec des kiwis troo murs, du fromage en carré industriel dans une region oourtant fromagère. La chambre etait spacieuse et calme avec un accueil sympathique

A fuir !

Réservation pour 3 (deux adultes et un enfant). A notre arrivée, le lit pour notre enfant n'était pas fait. Le réceptionniste a déplié devant nous le canapé lit qui ensuite bloquait tout le passage dans la chambre. Inadmissible de proposer une chambre de ce type pour 3 personnes. Sur ma demande, le drap se trouvant dans le canapé lit a été changé car il était tâché. Aucun accueil du personnel au petit-déjeuner. Le réhausseur demandé pour ma fille était très sale, j'ai dû demandé qu'il soit nettoyé. Le service pour le repas n'était pas du tout professionnel. Très loin d'un 3 étoiles. Hôtel qui sent le tabac. Le sirop pour mon perrier a été facturé presque aussi cher que le perrier lui-même. A fuir !

parfait pour un séjour + piscine proche Clermont

Hotel idéalement placé en centre ville de Chatel Guyon, parking gratuit juste en dessous, terrasse agreable avec nombreux transats, jacuzzi, sauna, et salle de sports tres complète, diner possible sur place personnel à l'écoute, chambre bien entretenue une petite remarque : petit dej avec un peu plus de produits locaux serait un + je recommande
