A screw half hanging out of the bathroom wall and a dirty cracked sink were the real negatives. The rest of the room was clean enough but the cooling system did not work very well at all. The breakfast and the dining area were very good. Overall it was ok but this is definitely not the sort of place that you want to stay for more then one night.

Petite chambre avec une petite fenêtre, la vue est triste. Propreté moyenne ( poussière), pas de crème lavante dans la douche Le petit déjeuner est spartiate. Juste pour une nuit, en dépannage. Le personnel est correct.

Pour le tarif cet hôtel est correct. L'accueil est bien. L'emplacement à proximité de l'autoroute est pratique. L'énorme problème est que pour se restaurer au plus près il y a un restaurant kebab et une baraque à kebabs. Dépaysement total, j'éviterai ce secteur.

Une honte de louer des chambres dans cet état . Enlever de votre dite cette chaîne d hôtel . C est horrible chambre salle forte odeur de cigarettes pas de clim cloisons extra fines on entend le voisin et la route pas de serviette de toilette une télé minuscule dans un coin . Franchement horrible et en plus 53 € ...plus jamais je déconseille

Qualité de la chambre très décevante

La chambre est extrêmement vétuste avec des revêtements de sol et lavabos dégradés, les installations techniques et le mobilier sont réduits à leur plus simple expression, rideaux bloqués, chambre coté route très bruyante avec le passage des voitures et la TV toute la nuit de la chambre voisine. La chambre nécessite une rénovation. Points positifs : radiateur électrique mural récent au top, et accueil du personnel sympa.

Chambre simple, mais chauffage insuffisant car les chambre sont trop mal isolé. Trop froid la première nuit. Obligé de laisser le convecteur à 29 degrés pour avoir un semblant de chaleur pour la deuxième nuit. Aucune couverture supplémentaire.

Quand je suis arrivée tardivement on m’a dit qu’il fallait payer la chambre Il me semblait que j’avais anticipé le règlement mais le réceptionniste m’a affirmé que non J’ai payé par cb Dans m’a chambre j’ai vérifié et le paiement avait été fait à la réservation Je suis donc retourné à la réception On m’a répondu qu’on ne pouvait pas me rembourser Qu’il fallait remplir un dossier en laissant son numéro de carte bleu Ce que je n’avais pas envie de faire J’ai pris le dossier et j’ai suivi les consignes Renvoyer toutes les pièces par mail et donner un rib On m’a dit qu’ils ne pouvaient pas me rembourser par virement qu’il fallait que je donne mon numéro de carte bleue ce que j’ai fait début août Début septembre toujours rien J’ai contacté le service client Louvre hôtels group qui m’a demandé de lui renvoyer le dossier ce qui a été fait le 2 septembre Par mail ils m’ont répondu qu’ils avaient transmis à nouveau mon dossier à l’hôtel Et depuis toujours rien

bien pour une nuit, personnel serviable & aimable. mais la chambre est vraiment vieillotte. poignée de la sde complètement défaite, impossible de fermer la porte, tablette sous la tv complètement rouillée & pelée, prises murales qui se défont du mur, l hôtel nécessiterait un bon entretien.
