「The community is older and a bit dated in the paint and walls both interior and exterior. The landscaping is well maintained and makes the property prettier. The rooms are all suites and a nice size. Beds were comfortable. The maintenance and cleaning staff, along with hotel guests services were excellent! The Tocaloma Spa facility is also slightly dated and the staff make up for it with their skill and hospitality. The Different Pointe of View is an exquisite evening view with a very busy staff...

「Very clean rooms and very good service」

「I was very surprised how nice the property was for the deal that's we got. It was very clean, quiet, and updated. My only issue was the parking. The lot was very full and we had to park on the far side of the hotel and bring our things in through the pool area.」

「My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.」
