Location was excellent. Walkable to the harbour and nearby restaurants and shopping. House was clean but could use a little maintenance. Outside railing was really loose

Location is great but the pictures not accurate. Landscaping neglected, paint peeling off exterior and wooden deck rotted. BBQ was very dirty.
