This beautiful, newly built 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is the perfect place to base yourself on this beautiful Island close to all amenities. Nestled in a tranquil neighbourhood, our spacious and modern home offers comfort and convenience for families and groups of friends alike.
Main Level:
Primary Bedroom: Unwind in the spacious primary bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed, large workspace and ensuite bathroom for added privacy.
Second Bedroom: Another cozy queen bed awaits in the second bedroom, with a full bathroom just steps away.
Open Concept Living Space: Gather together in the open-concept living area, while cooking up delicious meals in the bright kitchen, complete with a walk-in pantry and large fridge to store all of your groceries and beverages, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.
Laundry: At the same time, easily throw in those beach towels with a washer and dryer located directly off the kitchen.
Lower Level:
Family Room: Spend quality time together in the bright and spacious family room, equipped with games and toys for children.
Bedroom 3: A comfy double bed offers a restful night's sleep in the third bedroom.
Bedroom 4: Perfect for the kids or additional guests, bedroom four boasts two single beds.
Full Bathroom: The third full bathroom is conveniently located in between the two bedrooms.
Outdoor Space: Relax and take in the beautiful PEI summer from our lovely deck, the ideal spot for an evening cocktail or a morning coffee. The small deck offers a bbq and 2 Adirondack chairs. Two parks and walking trails are just a short walk away.
