"Wir haben sehr kurzfristig direkt vor der Unterkunft online gebucht und bekamen sofort den Zimmerschlüssel. Das Zimmer wurde scheinbar kürzlich total renoviert und war äusserst schön, komfortabel und sauber. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Zimmer parkieren. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Jederzeit wieder. "

Unfortunately, adherence to pandemic hygiene rules is not monitored at all in the boardinghouse and only so-so in the hotel, which made any passing through the stairways and/or elevator feel inherently unsafe. Several times during the stay, there was obvious smoking INSIDE the staircase. "

"Wir waren eine Woche Anfang Oktober 2023 in der kleinen Dachwohnung (ca. 20 m2) zu Gast. Die Küchenausstattung mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und allen sonstigen Töpfen, Tellern, Tassen, Gläser etc. lies Freude aufkommen. Der Empfang als auch die Betreuung während der Urlaubszeit waren sehr freundlich. Die Insel Rügen lässt sich von hier aus sehr gut erkunden. Es gibt einen Bahnhalt, die Stadt Stralsund ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und alle sonstigen Orte lassen sich in maximal 1...

"Spacious but not cozy. Basic dated holiday rental. No Wi-fi, bathrooms old fashioned with one cracked sink. Lacking in kitchen basics - only one tea towel, only one baking tray. Was advertised with towels. But NO towels were provided and had to purchased some at extra of our own. No washing up liquid provided, no small extras included so difficult for visitors flying in. No spare bed linen. Rear patio space (not a garden) was tiny and overlooked by the neighbours - no privacy. Poor communication...

"Die Wohnung ist top. Schön wäre, auf beiden Bettseiten eine Nachtischlampe zu haben und in der 2. Dusche eine Ablage. Gut war, dass der Vermieter im Vorfeld empfohlen hatte, Bettwäsche und Handtücher selber mitzubringen. Denn am Anreisetag hätten wir nichts bekommen. "Die Unterkunft war gemütlich eingerichtet, alles was man braucht war vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Mit der Schlafcouch bekommt man auch eine 4 köpfige Familie unter. Der Ort Gustow bietet allerdings ausser einem kleinen Badestrand, nicht viel mehr. Dieser ist jedoch sehr schön und zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar. Bis zur Küste sind es immer um die 30 km."

"Man muss die Beschreibung schon genau lesen, es gibt kein Wohnzimmer. Da alles sehr beengt ist, steht der Kühlschrank im Schlafzimmer. Die Ausstattung ist nicht angemessen. Föhn, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Reinigungsgegenstände fehlen komplett., besser direkt mitbringen. Gläser, Teller, Besteck ist nur noch lückenhaft vorhanden. "Andreas and Lily were very responsive and helpful and did a excellent job restoring this house in the village of Garz. The place is very central in Rügen and you can get anywhere within about 20min. This unit consists of the entire upper floor and is very spacious and the deck in the back is quiet. The We will book there again, if we get a chance to return."
