Escape to The Luxe Barn in Mooresville, North Carolina—nestled along the shores of Lake Norman and just a short drive from Charlotte. Known as “Race City USA,” Mooresville is home to NASCAR shops, charming downtown streets lined with boutiques and eateries, and endless opportunities for boating, fishing, & water sports. Whether you’re here for outdoor adventures, lakeside relaxation, or exploring vibrant attractions, this location offers the perfect mix of excitement and tranquility.

The Space:
Inside this luxe modern home, every detail is designed for comfort and style. The front sitting area welcomes you with four swivel chairs around a small table—ideal for conversation—alongside a large wraparound couch, smart TV, and a sleek wet bar for evening drinks. The kitchen feels warm and inviting, featuring stainless steel appliances, a hooded vent above the stove, and a spacious island with seating for three. Nearby, the dining area with its round table for four flows seamlessly into the second living room, where a cozy couch, two swivel chairs, and a smart TV invite relaxation. Step outside to the covered patio that wraps around the back and side of the house, offering abundant seating, a dining table for eight, and a firepit—the perfect setting for al fresco meals, laughter with friends, or simply enjoying the peaceful Carolina evenings.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
