I had reserved a one night stay at this property one month before. My flight to Charlotte was delayed, causing me to arrive at midnight. I arrive at the property and it is closed! A couple guys that were just hanging out there told me the property closed two days prior. How about a phone call two days before so I could make another reservation?? Being a Friday night, there were no rooms available anywhere in the area, forcing me to go back to the airport and sleep in my rental car. It’s probably good they closed if this is how things were done. If you have a reservation at this property, make other arrangements!

They lie about free breakfast ( with the excuse of because COVID ) is already April 2022 . Been to other hotels and they do free breakfast if they offered on there website. That’s just fake advertising not ok .

You get what you pay for !!

The service was pretty good however the room was a different story. The room was neat, the TV did not work, and the ceiling over the shower was molded. We also spotted a couple bed bugs also. Overall you get what you pay for.

Very old pictures of hotel and rooms

1st off, The Pictures of the hotel are super old and it doesn't look nearly ass good as it does on the pictures. Room was decent. The bed sheets weren't all the way on they bed, like a rush and clean up type look. The sheets and blankets had multiple burn holes in them. Wasn't the freshes smelling room either. Sorry but i won't be returning.

The room looked like it had been redone recently; it was clean and comfortable. However, there was no coffee maker in the room (contrary to what was advertised). Another thing that was disappointing was that they did not offer breakfast at all. They claimed this was for "safety reasons due to COVID". Two years into the pandemic, though, they should just say they are not going to offer breakfast anymore and just take that element out of their description. Otherwise, it's just bait-and-switch.

Cleanliness and comfort were a miss.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness at all. The floors were sticky. There was gunk on the baseboards in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. I would find a different motel bext time.

Nightmare

This is the worst place I’ve ever been… The room was so very dirty, there was long and short hair everywhere, the shower was dirty and even the bed was full of previous guests body and head hair. I’ve slept without blanket cos it was so smelly and dirty and with my cloths on cos couldn’t allow the lines to touch my body. This was a nightmare
