Purposely Falsely advertising swimming pool when there is no plan to reopen at all. Half the very nice half obnoxious.No ice machine or vending on 2nd floor have to go to the 1st or 4th floor for ice. Power outage for an entire day did not receive one update as to when the power would be back on nor did they check on anyone who wasn’t complaining. Next day knocking on doors at 10:40 telling people to check out when check out is at 12 and they offer late checkout to 1. Spent a lot of money over $2000 our time here being treated as if I haven’t paid at all and half the amenities not working or not present

As of March 27, the property is undergoing construction and we had no idea when we booked. Hotel cancelled our next night but spent a long time on phone with Expedia and they still did not give a refund although they said they would. Pool is closed. Breakfast was great. But disappointed that we booked days before and no info about construction and Expedia did not follow through.

Cops were there upon arrival but everything was fine during my stay. Did not like the adjourning room because you could hear everything the person next door was during even showering. Walls are thin you could hear everything in the hallway. Children were running up and down the hall for hours.

The hotel is under renovation!! No lobby no breakfast but something to take and go. I saw an indoor pool on the website but there was not one available:(. I would love some of my money back.

Would stay again
We happened to be here when the lobby was under construction, so everything was a little dusty and the breakfast was grab and go. But as this condition is only temporary I didn't consider it in my rating. The staff was friendly, the rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The furniture was a little firm for our taste, sofa and bed. But that was just us, and we still got a great night sleep. Plenty of parking and seemed to be centrally located. Would definitely stay again.

The facility is under construction. There is nowhere to sit in the lobby for breakfast. Parking is marked off so we had to park in the next lot. Our room was nice until a giant roach came out and started jumping at us. However, the staff was okay.

Hotel is finishing up its updating of lobby and eating areas, as well as some other common areas. They kept all construction areas very tidy.
