The location was great - near Uptown, The North End, NoDa, Plaza Midwood. The area was safe and quiet and clean. The pictures of the unit are exactly as shown. I would have given them 6 stars but the rating only went to 5

Cute Charlotte House

Our stay was great! Fabulous place to stay near downtown. Cute home and neighborhood. We will definitely be staying next time we are in Charlotte. Fran is fantastic!

It would be a nice place to stay except

the property manager did not inform us that the house right next door was under construction. The other house is 10 feet away, and promptly at 8 am in the morning the banging, drills, saws and other construction noise starts up, and goes all day. One day went on for 12 hours. No sleeping in or quiet place to vacation. The location is good and the apartment is nice, but we would not have booked it if we had been told about the construction.

Great spot!

We came to stay with our 2 little kids and we were please with how clean and spacious this duplex was. Appliances, doors and windows, furniture and technology were all as advertised. The host was wonderful.We were going to walk to uptown but were stopped by a police officer who warned us that the route isn't especially safe, so we took the bus instead.

Perfect place near to downtown Charlotte.

There were my wife and I plus a friend. Having 2 bedrooms with 2 baths and a kitchen was perfect. Place was well maintained and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The Decision is Yours

The unit was decorated beautifully, adequately priced with a unique neighborhood that had a feel good vibe but also an INTENSE security system. It is my opinion that the owner be aware of which tenant is in which unit. Although, we appreciated safety as a top priority, the heavily detailed and lengthy “check in on you” message was somewhat disappointing, disturbing and seemed to cross the privacy line threshold. I recommend that you allow your tenants to reach out for help if needed or be certain of your guests activities.

Very Clean - Close to Everything Duplex

We really enjoyed our stay here, we were in town for the weekend and the location was perfect for everything close to anything we needed. The neighborhood is on its way back up but there are some iffy spots. My only complaint here is that the listing says whole house but this is a duplex. Luckily there was only one night that someone was on the other side but you can hear anything and everything happening on the other side of the wall. I do not recall seeing anywhere on the listing that this was a duplex until we got there and found out. Again the place was super clean and just like the photos but had I known it was a Duplex I would have chosen another spot.

Just okay

So the good: check in was smooth, owner was very responsive, house was clean, and in a decent location. The not so good: This is a duplex and there is ZERO insulation between the two units and you can hear normal volume conversations, there is no washer and dryer, it’s was listed on the amenities when I booked but unavailable unless you book for 2 weeks or more at time of check-in, there is no dining table, was not pictured but FYI, lastly the beds are very uncomfortable. Small improvements and this would be a perfect property.

Perfect Home and Location

We just spent the weekend at this home. We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect and the home was beautiful. It was a great size for four people with good size bedrooms and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The home was beautifully decorated. Fran was wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property!

Amazing!

The home was very clean, the lock on the door made me feel very safe, and the decor was beautiful. My friends and I chose this property because it was literally 2 minutes away from everything that we planned for activities!! I will definitely be booking this property again. Ms. Fran was very friendly, easy to contact, and understanding. Check out is at 11 am but my friend lost her cell phone and Ms. Fran allowed us to stay a little over to handle that situation. 100/10!!!

Very nice

I honestly can’t say enough about this place or the owners. Very cozy and comfortable place. Well stocked throughout the house. Nice neighborhood. Location was nice and convenient. Looks to have been remodeled recently and they did a good job with this place. Decor was even done well. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be staying here again. I could go on and on about this one. I have zero complaints!
