Tucked beneath a large tree canopy on the shores of Lake Norman, this 4-bedroom lakefront home blends the comfort of an updated cabin with the simple fun of a true lake getaway. With cozy living spaces, peaceful water views, a gravel driveway, and plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy, it’s a great fit for families, friends, or couples looking for a relaxed stay surrounded by nature.

Inside, the open-concept living area connects to a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need for easy meals at home. The dining table seats 8, making it simple to gather after a day on the lake. Just outside, the large back porch offers plenty of seating, a Blackstone grill with propane provided, and a comfortable place to enjoy coffee in the morning, dinner outside, or a quiet evening under the trees.

The outdoor spaces are a big part of what makes this home special. Spend the evening around the firepit under café string lights, relax on the dock platform by the water, or take advantage of the included two kayaks and paddleboard to explore the cove. The private boat dock and launch provide direct water access, while the yard gives guests room to stretch out and enjoy the natural setting.

The home features four bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, and two are upstairs, including a lake-facing bedroom with a cozy balcony. Sleeping arrangements include 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds, and every bedroom includes a Smart TV.

⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~8+ ft depth) Winter (~6+ ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Lake Girl Boat Rentals on Lake Norman. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets and 2 kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
