Follow the path to the boat dock and take the (2) two kayaks and/or pedal boat for spin.

Lake Norman is a regulated reservoir managed by Duke Energy; water depth at our dock varies seasonally and cannot be guaranteed. If you plan to bring or borrow a boat (your own, a neighbor`s, a friend`s, etc.), dockage at our property depends on current water levels — please message us before booking so we can share conditions. Renting through our pontoon partner is the simplest option: they can launch and dock from their nearby location even when our dock is shallow.

The bright, sophisticated, and airy kitchen is fully equipped with brand new Café appliances including a gas range and all the utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a Butler`s walk-in pantry with both drip-style and Keurig (w/ cappuccino, latte) coffee makers, crock pot, and small appliances Beautiful by Drew to include an air fryer, blender, toaster, and more. The oversized quartz island in the kitchen seats 4 guests and the dining room table seats 7 guests.

For laundry, there is a GE washer/dryer in the laundry room upstairs (near the entry from the 2-car garage) and there is a second laundry room downstairs with an Electrolux stackable washer/dryer.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This gorgeous lakefront hideaway accommodates 10 guests in 5 bedrooms plus 2 additional guests in twin beds downstairs. The primary bedroom on main offers lakeviews, with cathedral ceilings, and 55` LG WebOs TV, is fitted with a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms on main are each fitted with comfy queen-sized beds.

In the lower level, the fourth and fifth bedrooms are each fitted with king-sized beds and 43` LG WebOs TV`s.

Two comfy twin-sized beds are also downstairs in the flex space near the fifth bedroom.
Your comfort is front of mind in every sleeping space.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom in this home, each of them thoughtfully designed.

The primary bedroom on the main floor contains an ensuite full bathroom with stunning glassed-in shower and standalone garden tub. The second and third bedrooms on main share a jack n` jill bathroom w/ shower and tub combo designed in dazzling midnight blue. Even the design of the half bathroom on main will impress.

Downstairs, the fourth bedroom leads to a full bathroom with spa-like shower and tub combo and near the fifth bedroom is another full bathroom with glass shower doors with an exterior entry. When you come in from a relaxing day at the pool and/or lake, you can rinse off in an instant.

The entire home and property is available to enjoy, including its array of amenities. **BE SURE TO MONITOR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES AROUND POOL, HOT TUB, FIRE PIT, LAKE, AND PROPERTY**

🔥POOL HEATING – OPTIONAL ADD-ON

Available October 1 – April 30 for an additional fee. The pool is not heated unless requested.
Nightly rates: $150 (Oct & Apr), $200 (Nov & Mar), $225 (Dec–Feb). Each heated night is charged at the rate for its date.
One-time $100 warm-up fee, which covers heating the pool before your first heated night (10–30 hours depending on the season).
Example: 3 heated nights in January = 3 × $225 + $100 warm-up = $775 total.
Minimum 2 heated nights. Heated nights must be consecutive.
Please request at least 48 hours before check-in (72 hours Dec–Feb). The same notice applies to adding heat during your stay.
The heater is set to 82°F. Water temperature is not guaranteed; in cold or windy weather it may run a few degrees below the setting.
Payment is collected through your booking platform once you confirm, and is due before heating begins.
Heated nights can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your first heated night (72 hours Dec–Feb). After that, the fee is non-refundable.
The hot tub is separate and always heated at no charge.

PARKING:
-The driveway accomodates up to five cars. The garage is currently unavailable and additional free parking is available up at the street (just past the mailbox). Please keep vehicles on the driveway.

On the morning of check-in, you will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time.

-NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS; please be respectful of our neighbors.
-No more than 12 people allowed for occupancy.
-Minimum age to book is 25.
-Sorry, pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.
-Do NOT use lighter fluid with the gas BBQ grill.
-No SMOKING/VAPING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY; a $500 fine will be imposed if this rule is not followed.

-**Please exercise safety at all times in and around the swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, and boat dock areas. Do not dive into the pool. **BE SURE TO MONITOR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES AROUND POOL, HOT TUB, FIRE PIT, LAKE, AND PROPERTY**. No children’s flotation devices or swimming vests are provided.
-No GLASS (i.e. bottles) allowed in or around the pool area
-Do not flush anything aside from toilet paper into toilets (**no wipes, even if they say safe for plumbing**); anything else will clog the septic system.
-THERE WILL BE BUGS! Even though we have regular pest control services, they are an unavoidable part of lakefront and nature living. Please be prepared with bug spray, etc.
- TRASH MUST BE BAGGED, SECURELY TIED, FREE FROM BREAKAGE AND BAGGED. **UNBAGGED/TIED TRASH IN BINS: $50 FINE**

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC.
