The home sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. Whether you're visiting for a weekend, working remotely, or staying for several weeks, you'll have the essentials for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen gives you space to prepare meals at home, with a dining table for everything from morning coffee to dinner. Free WiFi makes it easy to stay connected, while the living room provides a place to relax at the end of the day. One of the home's best features is the spacious, fully fenced backyard. It's especially convenient when traveling with a dog and gives you additional outdoor space without leaving the property. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays easier, and free onsite parking means you won't have to worry about finding street parking when you return home.

This is an entire home set in a suburban, cut-de-sac location. The neighborhood is primarily full time owners.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Charlotte from the home.



Free onsite parking is available, and the location provides convenient driving access to surrounding Charlotte neighborhoods, Uptown, and major roadways.



Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also widely available throughout Charlotte. and there is a bus line 0.7 miles away.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.

Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures $200 may be collected.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation $300 may be collected and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Dogs only (max 2). $100/registration needed

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage cleaning charges of $250 plus the cost of any damages may be collected.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.



Parking

Free onsite parking available.



Smoking

Absolutely no smoking.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside, a $500 cleaning charges may be collected.



Damages & Conduct:

Please report any damage immediately. We know accidents happen, and we ask guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible for any excessive damage caused during their stay.

The Internet is provided for general use.

Trash:

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.
