Husband's 60th

A short trip with husband and the dogs to visit the numerous NASCAR attractions in the Mooresville Area. Had a very nice time. Husband met Dale Jr. so it was an AWESOME trip for him. House is in a nice location near downtown Mooresville, easy short drive to Jr. Motorsports, Penske and others. House was cute and clean. Fenced in yard was nice for the dogs. But it is on a very busy road and the gates didn't secure great so we added a tie out for the younger one just to keep her honest and safe. We live in a rural area where we dont see traffic...we all enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the traffic, people running walking by. Shower was hot and with good pressure. Couch & recliner were very comfy. Master bed was a little firm for me but husband was comfy. Could use a night stand on the other side.Never went upstairs - but I'm sure it was as cute and comfy as downstairs. If you want a clean comfy cabin centrally located...this is the place for you.

Solid stay

Overall we had a good stay and I appreciate that Ray was a fabulous communicator and was readily available if needed. The location was on a busy corner but had a nice driveway and carport for two cars - that was super helpful. Backing out was a matter of being careful while aggressive - just FYII think I may have missed some fine print in the booking but a couple things to note: 1. The long bed is up the spiral Staircase and is by far the most comfortable bed. There is no AC up there but a large fan pulling from the cooler downstairs. The queen is a pretty firm and room is tight. For a short stay it is fine. There is only one true shower - a very nice one downstairs. The bathroom upstairs has a tub with long shower type sprayer you could hold over your head but not a real shower. We had 4 people and there were just enough cups but not a ton of kitchen ware etc. The lawn service came at 8:30pm on Saturday so that was odd and annoying to have a blower at the front door at 9:30 pm- I am sure that can be rectified for future. Overall the place was fine and as described - worked well for Davidson grad weekend. The communication and responsiveness from the host is a plus!Great appliances too.

We had an excellent 2 night stay here, there was heaps of space for us all to not being top of each other and the neighbourhood was very quiet, but still close to places to eat and drink. Thanks for having us.

Nice property with great location within walking distance to Main St Mooresville.Lots of space ! Both porches were nice.Host was helpful and always available.Super comfortable couch and rocker/slider chair. New "ice cold" refrigerator !Would stay again.

As listed, great communication

The listing was accurate. Quaint place to stay. Master bedroom is up a spiral staircase. Two bedrooms on main floor. Only one shower on main floor. Upstairs has a bath tub. It is on a busy corner but did not impact our stay at all. The host was great about answering questions and responding to our needs. Great size kitchen and living room.
