Weekend golf trip

We stayed at this location for a weekend golf trip. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. Check in was a snap. Communication with host Lesha was easy. Only issue was a low battery in a smoke alarm that started beeping. Lesha had it resolved quickly and there were no other issues.

FAMILY REUNION

The home is beautiful. Very spacious living room, dining area and kitchen. It had a lot of appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms were fully furnished. All the bedrooms had a TV except one bedroom. Could use some updated pots and pans. Otherwise there were a lot of necessary items in the kitchen. In a very nice quiet location. The check-in process was very easy. Check-out instructions were very easy. The home is close to a lot of variety of stores. We had an issue with the cable due to a bad storm that night we arrived. The host responded quickly the next morning because it was after 2am when we arrived to the home. We will definitely book this home again when in Charlotte.

Find another place

Located next to very busy,noisy street. No hairdryer even after multiple requests made to property owner who said it would be delivered. Requested trash bags and toilet paper which property owner also promised to have delivered . Had to go out and purchase myself-property owner did reimburse for those suppplies. Kitchen cabinets are disorganized, messy and difficult to find things. Only had 3 teaspoons but over 20 forks. Dirty frypan with Ramen stuck on it in cabinet. Only had 4 useable bowls but had multiple large, plastic bowls. Ran out of dishwasher soap which I had to unshaded . Kitchen dishes and cookware need to be organized and inventoried to make it work for 6 renters. Bed linens are old/worn, shredded mattress covers on 2 beds. Top sheets missing on 2 beds. Carpet dirty. Towels are thin and worn. The unity had several good TVs and reception, wifi was good. Downstairs floors were clean. Unit is good size for 6 people. Owner seemed annoyed by requests and did not seem to care about her customers or the condition of the unit. I would not recommend this VRBO to anyone and I would never stay there again.

My family and I went to Charlotte to see a concert at the pnc music pavilion and this house was perfect! It was in a great location, and the neighborhood was quiet. House was clean and spacious.

Great Communication

The home was clean and had thick towels. A pluss in my book. The internet was not working. However, the response was quick and the problem was fixed quickly. We originally booked the home for four nights, but needed to add additional nights. The owner was quick to reply and was able to accommodate us. I would stay there again.

Clean and Spacious Townhome

We stayed 8 nights and enjoyed our time in Charlotte with family nearby. The neighborhood is very safe and convenient for groceries and restaurants within a short drive. Hwy access also close by. The townhouse is very clean and the owner was very responsive to my questions/messages.

Great host and property!!

Stay for Thanksgiving weekend with family members (10 including kids) and we had an amazing time. The property is really spacious, never felt crowded, perfect for group. The host was great and easy to reach. Overall is a 10/10 would definitely stay again.
