Lake Wylie is a special place. Laid back lazy days sunbathing or reading a book or fishing or boating are great ways to pass the time. Lake Wylie stretches across North and South Carolina, has a surface area of 13,400 acres and features 325 miles of shore line. One of the best locations on the lake just minutes to uptown, the airport, the outlet mall, dozens of shops, bars and restaurants, walking trails, special events and more. Uber or Lyft is a good option if you do not have your own vehicle - but plenty of parking for up to 8 cars on site. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is only a 20 min drive away!

If you`re looking for a fun or adventure day trip, check out Carowinds (14 minutes), the US National Whitewater Center (29 minutes), Topgolf (13 minutes), Crowder’s Mountain State Park (40 minutes), Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden (23 minutes) or Uptown (20 minutes) for a pro sports game. -* Pets allowed with host approval and non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet.
-* Smoking/Vaping allowed OUTSIDE only - $500 fine for any remnants of smoking inside.
- *If you are not renting the Pontoon boat, please do not board the boat and consider it to be off-limits.*
-* Use of lake, hot tub, beach, dock, deck, and anything else on the property are at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty.
-*Pack N Play and high chair are always available at the property.
-*Certain small events may potentially be allowed pending owner approval and additional fee.
-Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
-**Please exercise safety at all times in and around the hot tub, fire pit, and boat dock areas. **BE SURE TO MONITOR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES AROUND THE HOT TUB, FIRE PIT, LAKE, AND PROPERTY**

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present: We have one security camera at the front porch, one overlooking the parking area, and one at the boat dock. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*

*TRAVEL INSURANCE*: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as weather, illness, or travel interruptions. Cancellations are subject to the policy selected at booking.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy selected at booking. Please note that third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.
