Disappointed
My state at this location has been the worst experience yet. The entire premises is filthy dirty unsafe area. They even have a police light in their parking lot males lingering outside, making sexual harassment comments. I spoke to VRBO. I have not been helped or heard back I am expecting a full refund as I did not stay there not even one night. I also spoke to the property Manager at that moment to try to get a refund and they said they had to speak to their manager and I have not heard back from them yet either. By far, this is so disappointing and very upsetting to rely and trust VRBO to book a place for my vacation and have to figure out what to do because it’s a scary situation to be alone in this type of area and location. I would expect VRBO to have a better system of making sure that properties listed on their website are up to standards and are actually what is set on your website. This description is nothing as it is listed. VRBO told me that that was just a cleanliness issue as if that is enough for me to request a refund. Customer should be fully satisfied and feel safe and clean and safe environment not have to deal with Trash everywhere can’t even sit outside on the patio that they claim to have to relax because it’s full of trash and dirty. I Vrbo to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
