Our cozy cottage is welcoming and perfect for a lakefront experience! You will love hanging out on our private beach under the River Birch, while enjoying lavish sunsets.

Reserve our pontoon boat to explore the beauty of Lake Wylie. The boat will be delivered to your dock on the evening before or morning of your booking and picked up when it is time to go. Check for owners specials from time to time.

You will love the beach! It is perfect for the kids to run around and play in the sand while you watch from the patio or dock. The "bay" offers a safe swimming environment, being indented into the shoreline, feel comfortable and confident that your loved ones are safe from boat traffic. You will have access to a canoe, kayak and stand up paddle board to launch out on an adventure from the beach. It also has a great fire pit, perfect for stories and marsh mellow roasting.

Home description:
Entering the cottage, you will see a beautiful view of the Lake through the front wall which is 80% glass. The very open floor plan offers wonderful interactions with guest while cooking in the kitchen. The living room features a large flat screen TV as well as a pull out couch. After taking in the view, you’ll notice the elegantly crafted wooden interior of our new, fully renovated home. On this level you will find the second bedroom with a queen bed facing a picturesque view of the lake. This bedroom has a large private bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and marble floors. Walk out onto the deck for a gorgeous broad view of Lake Wylie as well as our private beach, lawn and dock.

Continue downstairs to enjoy yet another beautiful wide view of the lake through the many windows. Here you will find another living area great for relaxing in front of the large flat screen TV or reading a book in front of the wood burning fireplace. Also on this floor is the master bathroom with a beautiful travertine shower, large closet with a new top-of-the-line washer dryer. The master bedroom is located on this level with a king sized bed, walk-in closet and a fabulous view of the lake. Walk outside on this level to the downstairs patio - a perfect place to wind-down and enjoy a refreshing drink or simply see the beauty of the lake.

Summer vacation

We have stayed at this home several times and always enjoy ourselves. The home is clean and spacious and this spot on the lake has to be one of the best! Great area for tubing and wakeboarding and a short boat ride to Pappa Doc’s.

Weekend Getaway for Mother's Day

My son, daughter in law and my 2 granddaughters came up from Myrtle Beach for 3 nights. The house was absolutely perfect for our family and was completely equipped with every possible item you may need for any length of stay. The beach was wonderful for our 5 year old.

Great place on the lake

Had a wonderful time here enjoying the lake and the house was comfortable and inviting. We also rented the pontoon boat which was a great way to enhance our stay.

Wonderful relaxing vacation home

The Lake House was accurately listed, and a Wonderful relaxing vacation home. The small beach area was great along with the fire pit, canoes and dock. Inside was very comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. the hosts were easy to get in contact with. If we get an opportunity, we will definitely stay here again. It was everything you would imagine a Lake Cottage would be like.

Awesome house; great location!

This house is exactly how it looks in pictures! It was wonderful to stay out! The beach and lake are also just wonderful to have. My dad really enjoyed having the screened in porch and sitting out there while sipping his morning coffee. Getting the key out of the box is a little tricky but follow the directions and you’ll get it!

Labor Day Getaway

House was in a lovely neighborhood. Enjoyed morning coffee on the dock, and even got so see some baby deer! The shaded beach was enjoyed by all of us. We definitely want to go back again!

Fantastic Stay

Overall a cute small cabin that had enough space for 6 adults comfortably. Beach was great, fishing was fantastic right from the dock, onsite boat rental was super convenient. Exactly what we were looking for, somewhere to have fun in the water, and also to be close to restaurants to eat at in the evening. No complaints.

Loved setting, house was very comfortable, 2 living areas (very nice for reading), 2 HUGE porches (one screened). Trails to walk with dogs. The most clearly labeled instructions I've seen (all switches were labeled), nice supply of cooking dishes, firewood was provided for firepit on beach.

Wonderful Lake Cabin

Our family of 4 enjoyed your cabin so much! The location was perfect. Downtown Charlotte is about 30 min away, yet the cabin felt secluded and to our selves. The beach area was perfect. We enjoyed sitting and fishing off the dock each day/evening. Dinner on the screened in porch was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful beds, sheets, and towels. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful lake cabin

What a beautiful getaway! The cabin was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the lake were absolutely stunning, and we loved spending evenings by the fireplace—it added such a warm and relaxing touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after our days of exploring. We were also so grateful that the cabin is pet-friendly! Enjoyable week at Lake Wylie

We spent most of our time on the spacious and beautiful screened-in porch. The views are lovely, and Georgia's (the owner) listing accurately describes and depicts her welcoming home. Fishing from the property's dock was a highlight. Georgia is a treasure and highly responsive. Thank you for being so kind.

Perfect Cozy Lake House

If you are looking for a comfortable, cozy lake house - this is just that. Completely accurate property description and photos. Clean and everything you need in the kitchen. Working fireplace, comfortable couches and beds. Comfy blankets. Perfect location with a sandy beach right on the lake. Private and quiet. Georgia, our host, always answered promptly and was very easy to work with. Will definitely stay again.

BEST THANKSGIVING EVER

We loved our long Thanksgiving break stay on Lake Wylie. The house was amazing and perfect for our family of 5 - us (the parents), 2 teenagers, and grandma. In addition, it was the perfect place for all of our extended family to come for dinner/game night/football watching/boat rides who were in town for the Thanksgiving Holiday to give my sister in law who was hosting the big Thanksgiving Dinner in Fort Mill a break from the crowds. Beautiful weekend, beautiful lake, beautiful home and we hope to be able to rent it again next year for Thanksgiving.
