Belmont Furnished stay - 2 week minimum

This 14 day or longer furnished stay is set up for the traveler or family in between houses. The king primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom is set up with two twins and their own bathroom as well. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook meals or bake your sweet treats. Enjoy the complimentary use of 24 hour gym and pool when in season. Background check required and pets possible with approval. 14 day stays or longer only.

One king bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, another bedroom two twin beds with an ensuite full bathroom with hallway access as well. Dining for up to 4 people at the table (additional 2 dining spaces at countertop). All new bakeware, stainless steel cookware. Ground level makes easy access for this conveniently located Belmont apartment. There are 4 steps outside on sidewalk due to grade of land.

Guests have use of entire apartment and amenities. This is an approved partnership.

We professionally manage several short term and mid-term rentals in the area. We are readily available to meet your needs and concerns.

We require 2 business days notice in order to run a background check and receive a copy of driver's license before check in. Pet fee is $200 nonrefundable and must be approved. Welcome to My Carolina Stay’s mid term rental! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 950 square ft apartment is for 14 day stays or longer. This is a ground level unit decorated in our signature style - comfortable, clean, cozy and stylish. The primary bedroom offers a king mattress with ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with full bathroom. Your stay is our business and we look forward to making you feel "at home anywhere."

Smart lock instructions will be sent 7 days prior to check in.

We live close by for any emergencies should it be necessary but we also have a team of professionals in place to handle any problem.

A close drive to downtown Belmont, Cramerton, Gastonia and uptown Charlotte is 20 minutes away.

Car is best or uber

There is a $200 nonrefundable pet fee. Background check is required before move in as well as a copy of driver's license.
*We do ask you to sign a rental agreement and we utilize a security deposit hold before all stays to prevent blatant disregard for house rules. Thank you!
