  • This luxurious, comfy and recently upgraded custom home is centrally located in the well known, Olde Providence neighborhood, that sits in the heart of South Park. With a half acre of private fenced-in lawn and a spacious driveway entrance that leads to a furnished patio with string lights, perfect for entertaining. For the little ones, a kid friendly jungle gym and swing. Inside you will indulge in, Two King size Master bedrooms. One with patio access through double french doors. Includes brand new furnishings, linens and appliances. Large walk in closets, LED bathroom mirrors. Brand new HD TV's, coffee/tea lover friendly kitchen. Fast WIFI. Pet friendly. Close by you will find, fine dining and shopping are right around the corner, located 10 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, Short drive to SC border. Whether you're in town for business or a relaxing getaway, this is your stay. The cozy neighborhood and spacious, fenced in, yard offer an exclusive home away from home.

Loved this stay. Property is beautiful and very stylish, loved the neighborhood, clean, can’t say enough good things. Even better than the pictures. Host was absolutely great, helpful and very quick answering our questions before and during our stay. Loved, loved, loved it all.

We loved our stay. It was perfect for us and our pups. The family room and kitchen were so comfortable and welcoming and the master suite was perfect. We loved the fenced in yard and covered porch. Our hosts were extra easy to contact and helpful

The house was in a great location and convenient. The house was very clean and the rooms were comfortable and easily accommodated our group. Communicating with the management company was easy and they were quick to respond. Overall a very nice stay.

The house was located on a quiet residential street in a very nice neighborhood. It was not far from restaurants and grocery store. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The host was great. The host responded quickly to all texts. The rules/information booklet could have contained more detail regarding the operation of the TV in the living room. Tech savvy folks may not have problems with this, but older quests may find the lack of operational instructions a big inconvenience. Lastly, instructions for handling laundry on checking out caused some confusion. Bottom line: Great place. Great host. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful trip and your beautiful home was the icing on the cake. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable -- felt like home! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. THANK YOU for hosting us! We couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in for the few days that we were in Charlotte. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Very nice neighborhood. The house was great. I left hanging clothes in the closet and they had them shipped to me. The next day , I would definitely stay there again.

Great house, great area

The house, location and other things are better than advertised. The house is great - bigger than expected with multiple rooms and bathrooms so guests have their own space when needed. Me and my friends had a great time and will be staying here if it’s available in the future!

Adorable and great location

Great area, older house that was completely updated and decorated adorably with five bedrooms - very functional as well. It was Winter so I didn't notice the gorgeous big backyard and sitting area until the last day, but would definitely return.

Very Comfortable and Convenient

The beds and living area were very comfortable, hosts extremely responsive to any questions or issues, and the house exactly as described. Fun mix of old Charlotte and new renovations, highly recommend.
