This one level home will offer the peace and serenity of the beach and the ease of access to all local attractions. Located right off of Rt 1, directly across from beautiful Ninigret Pond and only 2 miles to the local beaches. Large patio with large grill for grilling. Outdoor furniture to dine or indulge in the beautiful skyline at night. There are 3 large bedrooms, a cozy kitchen, and separate dining room, comfortable cozy living room with large windows to soak in the water views. There is a 2 car garage and additional parking behind the house. Plenty of back yard for basketball and outdoor activities.

The property felt like home. Beautiful view. I wish it was a more walkable neighborhood but overall a plesant stay with a very responsive host.

Gorgeous view, needs work

First of all, beautiful view, perfect location. Very convenient to beaches & dining. Bed was very comfortable, but odd that there was a piece of plastic under the sheet (instead of a mattress pad)? Cabinets, closets, freezer and bathroom are full of someone's personal belongings. We actually had to remove toiletries, used soap/razor/shampoo from shower, so we could put our items in. Kitchen cabinets are full of misc stuff, none of which matches. AC is only in the living room, with a fan to try and help get the air to the bedroom/bathroom. Screen and window crank missing from bathroom window. Kitchen door can not be locked because the doors do not line up. Couch was stained very badly and that was covered with blanket. The pictures from the listing are not current. Lots of room for improvements, but I think they are working on it. The view and location were the only things that made it worth the cost.

Great location

Booked stay for my Birthday and July 4th weekend near parents in Westerly, RI with spouse and kids. Great location and all amenities needed. Cooked and ate outside and enjoyed the view of the pond, ocean, and Block Island. Will come back.

The house was comfortable and nicely decorated with interesting features inside and out. Large windows let in lots of light and there's a great telescope to view the Ninegret area. The view is spectacular, even though the highway is visible and audible. Outdoor tables and seating make for a relaxing environment and there are gardens with various statues. The place could use some more plates of both sandwich and dinner sizes. There was an espresso maker but no real coffee maker. Also there was evidence of cats having been in the basement and upstairs.

Paradise Found

The property was amazing! The views across the water was amazing. Temperature of the house was good. One bedroom had AC! There was a potable AC in living room that did a good job of cooling the floor the week we were there. The property manager was responsive to the one message I left her! I will absolutely book in the future. The location was very convenient and many memories were made!

The house is in the process of being updated. The decor is fresh and comfortable including the bedrooms and bathroom. However, the bathroom door did not latch and The air conditioner is in the front room and didn’t cool the bedrooms at all. The kitchen has been updated but was missing essentials for meal preparation like pots large enough for lobster, utensils for cooking, serving or grilling, no sharp knives dish clothes or towels. The landscaping is in progress and what is complete looks very nice. The view of Ninegret pond is very nice however, the house is directly on a very busy road the traffic noise is quite noticeable.

Good Home Base

Spacious, well priced rental. Plenty of room for kids or dogs to play. Great views over salt pond out to the sea. Route 1 location made daily beach trips a breeze. Owner was quick to respond to queries. Stairs/railings/ living room seating situation were a challenge for older members of the group.

Pros: Location Great View Sheets and Towels Provided Washer and Dryer Provided Cons: Safety issues: -utility wires hanging within reach from deck; -one way driveway with narrow passage between tall stone walls, no clear way to see if someone is leaving or arriving, huge potential for head on collision; -step up to front deck is too high and presented a challenge for some of our party; -garage door does not go all the way up, slides partially down, huge potential of someone banging their head -no stairwell railings on either stairwell entry to house Windows/ lighting: -no blinds. shades/ or curtains. Grill works but does not work properly, maxes out at 300 degrees Odor issues- -each room has multiple air fresheners No cable tv, there is an antenna there but not attached to TV. We needed to request a remote as there was none present. One was provided quickly. Didn’t notice that house didn’t have cable tv when I booked it.

Amazing view

Big house with incredible view. Very close to watchaug pond and short drive to beach. House was very clean Owner was responsive with any questions I had. Would definitely I rely stay again.

Family fun times!

Gorgeous property with breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset!Short commute to the beach your there in within minutes. Grandchildren really enjoyed playing basketball when the weren’t at the beach. Absolutely loved the hoop in the backyard. House was very spacious and comfortable.
