"So the RV was fairly clean, but leveling was way off and the potty water tank overflowed and created an unsanitary condition inside the RV. Also it was really cold with insufficient heating. The heater didnt seem to work in the RV and the small heater they provided didnt keep it warm either. So we had no bathroom and heat. The only awesome parts of this was the farm and kangaroo we got to pet and feed and take pics with. Thats why i am not giving just 1 star. I really hope they keep their word...

Your home is in a very quiet neighborhood of Pahrump, close to town, restaurants, casinos, etc. The house is new construction, very clean, and decorated nicely. "Fantastic Casita!I loved my stay here, and I'm going to recommend it to everyone going to Spring Mountain! The place is super clean and extremely nice. The hosts have literally thought of everything! Water, coffee and creamers, wine bottle opener, remote for HVAC, TV set for guest stay, glasses, games, books, iron with distilled water, cups plates and silverware, etc. Just amazing!"

"Lady at front desk was super helpful especially since I notified them that I would arrive late due to unfortunate circumstances. It was awesome to have a pizza place just around the parking lot which helped alot since I did arrive fairly late. Location is the reason I chose to stay at K7 BnB and if it weren't for that unfortunate circumstance, it would have worked out perfectly. Though I liked the book cover, I was surprised, in a very good way, about what's inside. The bathroom especially, is quite roomy."

"Paula was an amazing host. She made sure all of our needs were meet and even made us a delicious breakfast. She went above and beyond. The pool house was perfect for our week long visit. We enjoyed our stay and my 9 year old daughter loved the pool. We will definitely be back!"

"I needed a place to stay after driving cross country to help with my parents move from their RV to a permanent home. This property was ideal with a fridge and freezer to keep food and meds cold and keeping ice available for my daily drinks and to chill my travel cooler. Very clean and convenient to the RV park in Parhump vs staying in Vegas. The property has 3 mini homes/trailers like the one I stayed in as well as one permanent tiny home. Lots of parking and each unit had a nice outdoor space and grill. Would stay there again"
