5 stars based on the couple of questions u are asked to rate. But there are a few things to note about this property. First and foremost, this is an amazing place to take your family. The pool is actually pretty nice. There are some steps on one end to get in if you need that. There is a covered seating area if you prefer not to sit in the sun and there is a grill. U can walk straight out from the pool to the trail that leads to the beach. There are 2 hoses there to spray the sand off yourself. IDK if that's what they mean when they say "outdoor shower" because I never found an actual shower, just the hoses. But they were very useful. It was never crowded when we were there. There is a pretty cool pool up at the sweetgrass hotel and the path to the beach from there is paved almost the whole way instead of sand if you need that. From the condo, it is a very short walk to the beach. If I was timing it from a starting point of inside the condo, I would say a 5 minute walk, maybe. That's with shutting the door and going down the stairs and all that. If you were jogging, it might take you 45 seconds to be at the ocean. But you are walking in sand past the pool area for those with mobility issues. The condo itself is pretty good, albeit outdated. The elevator is old and the wood on the walkways needs replaced.
