「I ,with my family, arrived this hotel after 6 hours drive. However staff said she can’t find our reservation. She requested to ask Hotels.com. Hotels.com staff supported us and sent us Facility ID and Reservation Code that is different from Reservation Number. Hotels.com said Reservation is sent electronically. After 1 hour, Finally hotel’s manager found our reservation on her own computer. I asked the staff what was problem and whose problem. She said 2 different company uses different...

「Clean, comfortable. A/C a bit noisy, thermostat meant it was on and off a lot throughout the night. Otherwise, very comfortable.」

「We made the most out of getting 3 days of rain on our 4 day trip. Not too much for kids to do. Expect alot of mosquitoes if you're in the back of the property by the pond. Tow」

「If you have a chance to stay here, don’t. From a dirty room (beer bottle and trash behind the fridge), to very rough sheets and towels, to lack of an ice machine on the property (I was told to go buy ice at the local minimart), to lack of basic amenities in the room (had to ask for tissues, an iron, and hangers- per instructions in the room), and an incredibly loud A/C unit, I didn’t get a moment’s rest. For what they charged, they should be embarrassed.」
