「Clean and private 」

「We stayed at the Sunfish Room in Fairport Harbor for the "Harboriitaville" festival that honored Jimmy Buffett. The room was about 200 feet from the festival and 0.3 miles to the beach. I was also walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and museums. 」

As far as the 1 bedroom, it's a full apartment in rehabilitated older historic building. Great accommodation including large rooms, great spaces to relax, and a clean kitchen and bath. 「Good- Overall a good stay. Nice location, private beach is obviously the selling point. Host provided a few beach and lounge chairs. Nice fire pit for the evening. Sleeps 4, but a bit tight with 2 double beds. Worked well with two adults & two kids. Bad- Apartment is hot & muggy, there’s an AC unit in the kitchen but it doesn’t cool the entire place. We brought a fan and bought a second while there. Appears tidy but there were mouse droppings in a pot in the cabinet. Host was on site a couple...

「Slight issue with getting locked out of the main building as we thought those doors were to be locked as well when leaving the building, but otherwise a nice place to stay overnight in a very nice area. 」
