From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. They were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure every little detail of our stay was taken care of. It's rare to find a team so genuinely invested in your experience. The property itself is breathtaking. The architecture, the grounds, the thoughtful touches throughout. The food was great too, from breakfast featuring homemade pastries original to Puglia to dinners that didn’t disappoint. And no stay here would be complete without meeting Mamini. The hotel's resident cat has clearly appointed herself the official welcoming committee, and she takes the role very seriously. After long, sun-soaked days exploring the stunning Puglia region, Mamini was there to welcome us back and see us to our room. We would recommend a stay at Nohasi Palace for anyone seeking a hidden gem of a hotel in the heart of Puglia. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Galatina! The property was clean and comfortable, and the highlight was the fantastic 25-meter pool — absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and overall, we really enjoyed our time here.The only things that could be improved are upgrading the mattresses for more comfort, and noting that electricity usage is charged separately as an extra fee during the stay."

"This property is located in a small town with all the attractions, restaurants and shops nearby. The villa is absolutely stunning! Everything you need is included…. The pool is an oasis, perfect for lounging before or after a day of touring the local attractions. Very clean and spacious! Love love love it!!!! Our family felt right at home. "
