Villa Renata is totally new with high standards build
Villa of 160sqm in minimal style located in 4 acres privately-owned area with orange trees, olive trees and various other trees.
You can see a hen house nearby with the possibility of fresh eggs for breakfast, jam and juice of our own production, and a garden with fresh vegetables.
It has large verandas and a big jacuzzi in one of them where you can relax and enjoy the sunset in the evenings and the stars at the night. In the main bedroom there is a skylight from where the visitor can enjoy the stars but also the rain lying on a Queen-size bed
At 500m you can find a gas station with a super market inside.
You can reach the sea within 5min by car being away only 3km. The city of Chania is only `10km away and airport is about 20km
