Villa al Sur is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".


Perched on the scenic hillside descending toward the natural harbor of Souda Bay on Chanias Akrotiri peninsula, Villa al Sur offers stunning panoramic views of the White Mountains and the tranquil expanse of Souda Bay.


Villa al Sur features a striking glass framework that fills the 380 sq.m. space with natural light. Spread over three levels with six spacious bedrooms, accommodating 12 guests and up to 13 guests if needed. A private pool invites you to unwind, with beautiful beaches, and local amenities, and the vibrant town of Chania is just a short drive away, perfect for exploring the wonders of Crete.

- Built-in outdoor seating area under a pergola, ideal for poolside drinks
- Gas barbecue with seating area for guests

- Garden with a lawn area poolside and a gravel garden with local plants at the rear
- Private parking with space for several cars within villa grounds


Special Notes:

***The owners also own one of the best restaurants in Chania, Palazzo Almare Restaurant. Also, they can arrange private chef service at the Villa for you upon request.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
