客室は良かった

チェックイン時のフロントスタッフは操作に慣れておらず笑顔もなく全然ダメ。一方で朝食レストランのスタッフは挨拶しすぎてこれも逆効果。客室は清潔で素晴らしく、外の騒音も入ることなく心地よかった。エントランスロビー中央テーブルに日米人気キャラクターの模造品が展示しており、スターウッドが許可するわけないので現地従業員が勝手に置いたものと察しますが、インターナショナル中流ホテルブランドとしてこれで大丈夫なのかな・・・。

ショッピングセンターにあるので便利

ワンダの一角にあるので、食事や買い物にとても便利です。また部屋も新しく清潔なので快適に過ごせました。

便利な場所です

ワンダプラザにある為、買い物・食事等に大変便利。またBRTもホテルを出てすぐに乗り場があります。漢江路まで2駅の為、日本食を食べに行くのにも便利です。部屋は広く、シャワーブースとバスタブも別になっており、何といっても新しいのでまだ綺麗です。

上海に比べると地方都市は、まだまだ安い。交通の便も良く、商業施設も近い。高級感もあり綺麗で清潔。気に入ってるので今回、２度目。また利用したい。

室内メンテナンスに課題あり

バスタブの排水が壊れていてお湯が溜まらなく、翌日外出中に修理してもらった。ベッドサイドのスタンドの電球が点いたり消えたりで使えなかった。

I booked a couple of nights at the Sheraton as a small staycation due to being unable to leave the city thanks to pandemic lockdowns. As far as changzhou goes this is a good location a couple of good western restaurants nearby, Istanbul (Turkish) and Koala (Australian Bar) right next to a big shopping mall although these are everywhere in china so nothing special. The room was comfortable, big SOFT bed (important to check in China) and clean, my only complaint would be the ac didn’t work particularly well and it did get fairly warm in the room, not unbearable by any stretch but I personally like being cool. I do know a lot of hotels have ac restrictions because of covid which might be the issue. One night I decided to have dinner in the restaurant which was a disappointment, the food wasn’t necessarily bad but there were limited options, I have eaten in the restaurant previously through work when their seemed to be more choice so perhaps it depends on whether they’re holding events. Definitely a nice hotel overall if you’re staying in Changzhou

Nice hotel in a good location.

Wifi speed is slow and sometimes gets disconnected. Sauna room and swimming pool shower rooms not so cleaned and well maintained. Other than that, everything else is good.

商务出差的选择

因航班晚点，较晚到达酒店，酒店用心留房，房间赶紧舒适，而且有水果，没吃晚餐，刚好可以填填肚子，早餐还不错，可能是由于靠近郊区，住客貌似不多，早餐就餐人员较少，菜品丰富，有质量，下次还会继续选择。

I asked for a change of room and got an upgraded room without special request. The room had a washing and dryer machine which was useful, and an electric bidet toilet seat - nice! I really liked that room and thank the staff for upgrading..

不怎麼樣的大堂吧

住宿的相關設備都不錯，不愧為喜來登等級！不過大堂吧就不怎麼樣了，整體氣氛簡陋就算了，當天還有一些中東人士，猛找隔桌妹妹要搭訕，人家理也不理！唉、氣氛很差、不說也罷.....

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr gutes Hotel, sehr guter Service. Einziges Minus: Klimaanlage in der Lobby, bzw. im Frühstücksbereich viel zu kalt!
