"Hoewel de gastvrouw zeer vriendelijk was, en de accommodatie schoon was, vonden wij het absoluut niet aan de minimale vereisten voldoen. Kastjes waren kapot, de badkamer was slecht doordat je in de badkuip staand met de sproeier in de hand moest “douchen”… kortom: absoluut geen comfortabel verblijf. En de hitte buiten (waar natuurlijk niemand wat aan kan doen) maakte onze ervaring er niet beter op. We hebben geen oog dicht gedaan, en zijn dus de volgende dag maar vertrokken."

Catherine la propriétaire une personne adorable avec qui nous avons tissé des liens fort !Nous sommes tombés en amour autant du domaine que de sa propriétaire Un accueil parfait, propreté parfaite… c’est sur nous y retournerons "

Magnificent 18th century château, swimming pool , ideal for a get-together

"Les (nombreux) plus : beaux volumes des pièces, deux magnifiques salons, un beau grand salon/salle à manger, nombreux équipements cuisines et lessive, jeux variés et de qualité, literies, vue vers la vallée, taille piscine, accueil sympathique (un peu rapide), belle région avec possibilités de visites, propreté ok (sauf le barbecue qui n'avait pas été nettoyé par les locataires précédents), dialogue avec le propriétaire. Les moins : les extérieurs (abords, accès, chassis, volets) ont besoin d'un bon rafraichissement (dommage, cela rend l'arrivée un peu décevante), les salles de bain sont vieillottes. Suggestion : installer des transats avec parasols près de la piscine. Remarques: la chapelle n'est pas accessible, pas de bain à remous contrairement à l'annonce. Il faut parfois traverser une autre chambre pour arriver à une salle de bain. Nous étions 21 et avons été heureux de louer la maison des gardiens pour que chacun soit à l'aise.Cela dit, dès que l'on accepte (ou apprécie) le côté un peu rustique des extérieurs et des salles de bain, on peut savourer tous les aspects positifs du château qui se révèle un excellent choix pour passer de très belles vacances dans une très belle région."

"I loved the place but there was nobody there when it was time to check in. I was sent instructions in French and I don't speak French. Thank goodness another guest was leaving and although they spoke French they took me to my room and showed me how to get in. I loved the place though and it was a great deal for the price. I'd definitely stay there again."

"Helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was average quality; tea bags kept at reception so you had to ask for them but I guess people had been taking them! Restaurant was good - majority of diners seem to be single people probably on business trips. Room was very small but also quiet. No lift so might be unsuitable for clients who have mobility issues. Strange that there is a notice in the room about paying for any glasses you might steal! Maybe reflects a poor experience on their part!"
