Relax in this exclusive 5-bedroom chalet with a modern design in the Chamonix Valley!

Surrounded by greenery and overlooking the majestic Mont Blanc range, this two-story chalet, located in the peaceful village of Argentière, is perfect for a group of 11 people.

The chalet features a spacious living room on the ground floor that opens onto the lush greenery of the private garden outside. The open-plan living area includes two large sofas and a coffee table, making it a comfortable space to relax and feel at home.

The dining area for 10 people is just a few steps from the living room on one side and the sunny patio on the other. There is also a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, kitchen appliance, dishwasher, and a door that opens directly onto the garden.

Bedroom 1: A bedroom with two single beds, a chest of drawers, and a refreshing window view, with an ensuite shower room and WC.
Bedroom 2: A comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with WC.
Bedroom 3: A spacious bedroom with a double bed, shelving, and a lovely balcony offering views of Mont Blanc.
Bedroom 4: A bright bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, and access to the balcony.

Location:

Argentière, where the chalet is located, is a peaceful town in the Chamonix valley and a part of the Grand Montets ski area. It is especially popular among tourists for its skiing slopes, magical views and the traditional architecture of its monuments and churches. Ski lifts and ski shuttle buses are easily accessible from the chalet. The residence also enjoys proximity to the town center, shops, restaurants and a supermarket.

The Chamonix valley is known for offering a wealth of ski and winter pursuits. It is also a buzzing resort center with a weekly local food market and plenty of shops. Choose from a wide selection of acclaimed restaurants serving international cuisine, brasseries, cafes and wine bars. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening will be spoilt for choice with a plethora of bars and live music venues along with nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.

In the summertime, the Chamonix valley becomes a paradise for those interested in hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, adventure parks, paragliding, water sports and golf. In the wintertime, the Chamonix valley is perfect for skiing and snowboarding with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing the perfect distraction for all ages and abilities.

Well equipped chalet with splendid views.

The Chalet Allieres is situated in a very quiet area with splendid views of the snow covered mountains with no overlooking houses. The home was ideal for our three generational group of nine, with plenty of space in the shared rooms and good size bedrooms, two with ensuites. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was provision for indoor and outdoor dining.
