AGREABLE CHALET *** proche du Lac Chambon

Pleasant 3-star chalet 30 meters from Lake Chambon, ideally located for hikers, fishermen, or families.



The chalet has a living area of 150m² and 300m² of land.



Close to restaurants, shops. House including a large living room with fitted and equipped open kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom.



Parking planned for a maximum of 4 cars.



Baby equipment included.



The key reception and return is done at our Saint-Nectaire office independently with our connected key box.



Options that must be requested during booking:



(ATTENTION, our laundry kits are biodegradable and disposable)



- Laundry kit including:



* large bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)



* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase ($15)



Towel at 5 euros each (55*120), at the end of the stay, bring them back home with you!



End-of-stay cleaning mandatory.



The key handover (arrival and departure) takes place at the Saint-Nectaire agency.



A mandatory deposit of €800 (not cashed) will be requested (check or bank imprint).



Animals are accepted for an amount of 30€ per animal and per stay (within the limit of 2).



All gatherings for parties are not allowed. The ground is semi-enclosed.

Le logement est très bien composé le point fort de ce logement c'est la salle de jeux plus la quantité de chambre et je dirais que le défaut de ce logement c'est le salon le canapés sont pas du tout adaptés pour le nombre de personnes Si j'ai quelque chose à améliorer dans ce logement c'est le canapé du salon qui est pas du tout adopté pour le nombre de personnes
