Today was officially three months of us on this trip around the US, we went to the Petrified Forest National Park and walked down an area of no trails to find the onyx bridge, on the way down we did the straight line challenge where we had to go up or down whatever was in our path and ended up climbing down a cliff, then we got near the point and had to detour to see the bridge, was a fun hike and a good way to celebrate our 3 months of traveling #adventure

For those of us that have used the Interstate highway system to get from Point A to Point B know that the driving can get boring.

Several years ago we did the Painted Desert as a destination This time we stopped to get off the Interstate for awhile. But what a break from driving.

Keep your eyes peeled for a posted opportunity or just take the next exit. You never know what you might find.

For the price this was pretty good. I really liked the fridge, microwave and laundry basket. It’s pretty homey. I loved the price too. Internet was good and I was able to work from my room. The breakfast wasn’t the best but it’s like any cheap motel.
