「Très déçus par notre séjour. À notre arrivée, l’appartement sentait fortement la cigarette malgré la mention « non-fumeur » dans l’annonce — une odeur persistante durant tout le séjour. Les sols étaient collants, les draps et couverts sales, les distributeurs de savon vides, et une seule serviette nous a été fournie pour deux adultes et un bébé.
