"Very cool old historic building. Great atmosphere. Nothing fancy but nice. Very helpfull, for example they stored my bicycle in the garage as it was raining. I had no problem with the shared bathroom/shower as they were always empty. A short walk/bike ride from the Adirondack rail trail."

"Rachel and the staff at the Grandview are amazing. The views are amazing and the location to town, the venues, and the shopping are perfect. The dining at the Grandview Restaurant is awesome. The breakfast is amazing and the food and the views in the Great Room restaurant and the patio make it a special dining experience. It is a great place to go relax and enjoy the Lake Placid area."

"Calli was an excellent host. The cabin was exactly as described. It was very quaint and cozy. It is located right on the main road across from the lake. Being on the main road makes it easy to get out and explore. She has the two kayaks that you can ist to explore the lake. Calli was very generous and took us on a beautiful tour of the lake in her boat. I would definitely stay there again."
