Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Not impressed

Booked large bed, room 2 singles, no other rooms available, hotel full, then problem safe, then tv remote no work, water dipping from ceiling light bathroom, 1 hard pillow. Day 2 upgrade room, large bed way to hard, doors stiff to close with gaps allowing mosquitoes in. As for the pool water looked like low tide plus tiles dirty & cracks everywhere. Reception staff were a positive
